All yoga and relaxation classes are held in two venues:

  • In Ennis, at Breakthrough Dance.
  • Near Lahinch, Inagh, Miltown Malbay and Ennisitmon, in Hidden Gem Retreat.
  • In Corofin, at Limestone Yoga Studio.

Class description

Chair / Gentle Yoga 

A very gentle yoga class where we practice while sitting on a chair, or standing with our without chair support.

There will also be options for those who prefer sitting and lying on the ground.

We practice mindful movement for strength and flexibility, breathing exercises and guided relaxations to feel your best in body and mind.

Ideal for those with limited mobility, who have difficulty getting on and off the floor, or beginners looking for an extra gentle approach.


Gentle Yoga

These classes focus on nurturing the body with gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Perfect for those looking to unwind, improve strength and flexibility, and release tension in a kind and compassionate environment.

This class is great for begginers or anyone who enjoys a slow and gentle approach to yoga.


Gentle Yoga Flow

A slow paced yoga practice where you can expect to move gracefully from one pose to other. This class is like a moving meditation with some more challeging strength building and weight bearing poses.(e.g. plank downward facing dog, etc)

This class also includes breathwork and a guided relaxation.

Ideal for those with some previous yoga or movement experience who are comfortable putting weight on their hands and knees.


Relax & Restore

A deeply soothing 2 hour class to rest body and mind. 

This slow paced mindfulness based relaxation sessions are especifically designed to melt tension and promote better sleep. We practice gentle movement, long held restorative poses with the support of blankets and cushions, breathing techniques, and end with a guided relaxation to calm the mind and recharge the body.

Perfect for anyone seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or insomnia.  

Begginers and experienced alike are welcome.
